I talked at length about how you can analyze thousands of Google reviews to find feedback trends in an earlier post, but there was a lot left to the reader – getting the reviews (duh!), as well as writing code to do the analysis.

In this post I'd like to introduce a new tool for local review analysis. No coding required this time around!  I recorded a short demo of the tool that you can watch below.

A tool like this gets better as you feed it more data, and I'm working hard to improve and expand the review categories.

So far my test data comes from legal firms and HVAC companies, although the categories should work for other businesses as well. I'd like to expand to restaurant reviews, and introduce categories that make sense there, such as cleanliness.

I plan on releasing the tool for free to the local SEO community in the coming weeks.  In the meantime I hope to recruit some beta testers. The beta should open sometime within the next week.

If you'd like to take it for a spin, reach out to me @zchtodd on Twitter, or send an email to zach@persuaded.io.
